To authorise the making of a Temporary Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure of the U80334 Catherine Street, Hereford, Herefordshire. The Order shall come into effect on the 4th February 2019 and is planned to be in effect for 2 weeks.
