To endorse the Youth Justice Plan 2021/22 for approval by full Council and consider whether there are any comments the committee would wish to make that would inform the production of the Plan for 2022/23.

To advise on the current co optee membership.  To highlight the changes being proposed,  following the annual council meeting and to seek approval to appoint a representative from the teaching sector following a resolution of Council.

To review the work programme for 2021/22.
