To invite Cabinet Members to consider performance for the second quarter of 2014/15 following the Quarterly Performance Review held on 20 October 2014.

(a)        Performance for the second quarter be considered.

To provide assurance that progress is being made towards achievement of the agreed outcomes and service delivery targets, and that the reasons for important areas of actual or potential under-performance are understood and are being addressed to the Cabinet’s satisfaction.

Cabinet may: choose to review performance more or less frequently than quarterly; or request alternative actions to address any identified areas of under-performance, including referral to the relevant scrutiny committee.
