The decision to fund £3157.99 will fully utilise the Section
106 Early Years Contribution.
From the Early Years contribution there has been no expenditure to
date.
The project is to fund the supply of outdoor play equipment to
increase the provision of play activities.
Due to the value of the S106 contribution, the Nursery Owner has
provided details of online quotations available. This has been
included as Appendix 1. This is in line with Herefordshire Council
Contract Procurement Rules.

The supply of outdoor play equipment will be fully funded by the
S106 contribution.
Responsibility for monitoring the project and managing expenditure
within the total spend budget is to be with the Senior Project
