A competitive process has been undertaken where the specification of requirements has been sent to four providers. Of which, two compliant bids were received. Nagels UK ltd received a score of 97% when assessed against the price and quality of service.

This was the winning score and this is considered a low value contract award in terms of the council’s procurement procedures.

The council will now enter into a contract with Nagels UK Ltd to supply all of Herefordshire Councils pay and display tickets during this contracted period of two years, in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule and costs.
