There is a need to engage an external provider
in order to progress the design and statutory approvals, and to
provide professional support through the construction phase.
A competitive procurement exercise was undertaken in accordance
with Council procurement procedures. The tender return from Berrys
was the most favourable when assessed against quality and cost
criteria.
