Steve is married and has three children and six grandchildren and married to Pat for 45 years. He was born on Garway Hill and went to Kingstone school, worked in the building sector for 25 years.

Currently works as a taxi driver and now lives in Grafton, is a Hereford football club fan and a keen cyclist.
