To grant a licence to RNC to access The Chapel, Venns Lane to repair air conditioning
• The licence granted to RNC (Royal
National College for the Blind) to occupy the building expired on
31st August.
• Repairs are required to the air conditioning plant which are
the obligation of RNC to resolve, but they were unable to procure
before the licence to occupy ended.
• A further short-term licence to do works is required to
permit the RNC to return and to carry out the works.
