The external surfaces of the windows are in need of minor repair and decoration deemed necessary in order for this Grade II Listed Building to be preserved and to prevent further deterioration of the asset.

The adjacent road is narrow and will need a road closure in place to facilitate scaffolding to safely carry out the works.

Hoople have provided a target cost to carry out these works in the amount of £18,973.20.
