Granting Licence to Occupy to Hereford College of Arts (HCA) to occupy The Hive, Venns Lane, Hereford
•Previous occupier vacated on 31st August
2020, so building will continue to be used for educational
purposes.
•Licensee already has a lease of 80% of the buildings on this
campus and use of The Hive will enable them to improve their offer
to students.
•Any damage to the property to be made good at the expense of
the Licensee.
•Outgoings to be paid by Licensee.
•Legal costs – each party to pay their own.
