Approval of expenditure of up to £27,650 from the Capital Maintenance Schools budget for roofing works at Walford Primary School
• Award Balfour Beatty the contract to
complete the roofing works at Walford Primary School up to the
value of £25,450 to include a contingency of up to
£3,570. Responsibility for managing and monitoring the
project to be carried out by the Capital Project Manager, within
the spend budget.
• To authorise the expenditure of up to £2,200 from the
professional fees allocation as set out in the Cabinet Decision.
