Herefordshire Councils Fixed Line telephony service is currently operating on a rolling month by month contract with Adept. In order to establish whether the current contract remained value for money, a compliant procurement exercise was undertaken through CCS Framework RM3808 Lot 3 where an evaluation of all appropriate catalogue items was conducted.
