Temporary passenger transport payment and support arrangements during period of COVID-19 emergency measures ensuring compliance with Procurement Policy Note - Supplier relief due to COVID-19 Action Note PPN 02/20 March 2020

To provide support to at risk suppliers responsible for important services which support key workers and vulnerable members of the community during the current Covid 19 emergency and to ensure capacity to remobilise contracts when required following removal of COVID 19 restrictions.
