The 2018/19 Corporate Accommodation Capital Budget included £90k to
carry out basic alteration works at Leominster Multi Agency Office. During the design process additional requirements for joint occupation of both the MAO/Locality team such as improving heating and sound insulation were incorporated. Tenders have been received and the lowest tender would result in an estimated final cost, including contingency, of £180k. To overcome the short fall a spend of not more than £90k from the underspend of the 2018/19 property estate enhancement works budget is required.
