the work to improve health and wellbeing through the Herefordshire
and Worcestershire sustainability and transformation partnership
(STP), and its local delivery mechanism the ‘One
Herefordshire’ transformation programme.

HWB members are engaged in the developments in
local and national system leadership by way of formal updates and
participation in informal workshops. Accordingly the HWB has
reviewed the configuration and terms of reference of the HWB which
were incorporated in the council's constitution in May 2018, to be
placed for these developments. The board agreed the priority health
and care themes referred to in this report and is engaged in taking
these priorities forward.
