13/02/2020 - Award of contract to provide the Quantity Surveyor Service to expand Marlbrook Primary School, and approval of the expenditure of the professional fees.
a) To spend professional fees as set out in
the attached record of officer decision up to the value of
£300,000.
b) To award a contract for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) up to the value
of £30,000 which is funded via the professional fees.
c) To spend a maximum of £3000 from the contingency budget
for the removal of the tree branches on the site.
