To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the U66402, The Common, Wellington Heath, outside Dogberry Cottage, planned to be effective for a period of 4 days commencing on the 18th of November 2019.
