To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the U93608, Passa Lane, Leominster, from junction with Ryelands Road then southwards for 400 metres, planned to be effective for a period of 4 days commencing on the 18th of November 2019.
