To authorise the making of a Temporary Road Closure Order served under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to require a temporary closure on the U81100, Huntington Lane, Hereford, on Huntington Lane bridge, planned to be effective for a period of 3 days commencing on the 11th of November 2019.
