To vary the public realm annual plan 2018/19;

1) Eign Gate Improvements Works: to extend the programme for the Eign Gate delivery and reprofile the 2018/19 project budget to £10,000 (reduction from £130,000);

2) Re-allocation of budget; to allocate the £120,000 budget (above) to Haywood Lane causeway to support the construction programme for 2018/19
