The nearest address for the site is Pinsley Farm, Kingsland, Leominster, Herefordshire, HR6 9QT. Pinsley Farm is a red brick house on the south side of the B4360 and to the right of this there is a stone farm track approximately 400m long which leads to the proposal site. The Applicant will ensure that the gate to the track is open on the morning of the visit and it will be signposted with the usual yellow notices. The track is surfaced with hardcore and should be suitable for most cars that have a reasonable level of ground clearance. Parking and turning is available at the end of the track. Alternatively, parking on the B4360 near the site access is unrestricted and Members can walk to the site from here (~400m).
