The council has by virtue of this order appoint persons to fill all or any of the vacancies until other councillors are elected and take up office. In pursuance of the power conferred upon it by Section 91 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council has appointed Mr B Baker of Little Venns Green, Sutton St Nicholas, Hereford, HR1 3DD to act as a Member of Bredenbury Parish Council until an election has been held and to fill such vacancy as shall constitute and re-establish a quorum in the Parish Council or after six months beginning from the date on which the Order is signed, whichever is the earlier, whereupon such appointments and this Order shall cease.
