That notice under Section 154, Highways Act
1980, is served on the occupier of land on which a tree/shrub
adjacent to Faraday Road, Hereford is overhanging the footpath to
an extent so as the obstruct the free passage of pedestrians, such
notice to require the occupier to cut the tree/shrub so as to
remove the obstruction within such time as specified in the
notice.
