arising from the formal notice of proposal a new Order will be
introduced the effect of which will be;
No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 30
mph along the B4349 from a point 239 metres east of its junction
with the U73234 Birch Hill Road to a point 359 metres east of its
junction with the U73234 Birch Hill Road
