Funding to be provided from £82,763 primary RC Section 106 receipts from various developments: Land at Holmer Road, Hillrise Community Home, 76-84 St Owens Street, Former Pomona works, Nell Gwynne Inn, Land south of A438 Bartestree and Quarry Field Lugwardine, with the remainder being funded from School devolved capital and school revenue funding.
