THAT:
an order or orders be made under section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act, 1981 in consequence of an event specified in section 53(3)(c)(i) of that Act, to add:
a restricted byway along the route shown A – B on the plan at Appendix 1. The route to have a variable width as shown on the 1903 Second Edition 1:2500 Ordnance Survey plan between 4.5 metres and 8 metres widening to 12 metres towards the northern end of the route at point B on the plan where the route joins the U92207 road (Kinton Lane).
and:
a public footpath along the route C – D marked as Rope Walk on the plan at Appendix 1 from the U92207 road (Kinton Lane) running northwards along the eastern side of that strip of land (as shown on the 1903 Second Edition 1:2500 Ordnance Survey plan) to the main A4113 road. The footpath to have a width of 2 metres.
