To seek Cabinet Member approval for a bid to the 2006 Capital Programme for match funding from Herefordshire Council for Phase 3 of the Museum Resource and Learning Centre project in Friar Street, Hereford.  Approval is required as part of the bidding process.

Cabinet Member, Director and Line Manager signatures are required in order that the bid can be assessed by the Capital Allocation panel.  The allocation from the Capital Fund will be used to match fund Heritage Lottery funding at £1.23m.

£640,000 already allocated to this project from reserves could be used and no further bid approved.  The balance of £80,000 is still required to fund the full extend of the project over two financial years.
