accommodation for new intake students following Covid-19 delays at
Station Approach development.
• Current licence expires 31.12.2020.
• Fire at Station Approach site has delayed completion of the
new accommodation.
• Extension of existing licence of Gardner Hall on the same
terms is required for three further months to 31.03.2021.
