There are currently remedial works ongoing as part of an insurance claim, tendered competitively, and there is an opportunity to appoint the onsite contractors to undertake additional roofing works and thereby achieve better value for money.

The works cover a number of roof defects identified to the flat roof areas, however these are not covered by insurers as they are not related to the damage but to general wear / age related issues.
