The Department of Transport are introducing Streetmanager, this is a permit scheme to manage the works on the highway network. The proposal was for introduction in April but due to the current C19 conditions this has now been programmed for July. To introduce the scheme the council will move to a Herefordshire permit Scheme, the council have produced a framework scheme with cost benefit analysis. Before any decision is made as to introducing the scheme, the council will need to consult on the proposed scheme to take on board any concerns
