To consider a proposal to implement Permit Holder Only Parking Bays and Waiting Restrictions on Lichfield Avenue, Hereford and the surrounding junctions.
The extents of the study area are shown in Appendix A.
The recommendation is proposed for the following reasons:
• For avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
• For preserving and improving the amenity of the area through which the road runs.
• For the enhancement of the visibility at various junctions.
• To make the road easier to navigate for the local bus service
