THAT:
subject to the consideration of any objections received as part of the statutory consultation the existing County of Hereford and Worcester (Restricted Roads) (No 6) Order 1987 on the B4124 Tenbury Road at Bromyard is revoked and a new 30 mph and 40 mph speed limit Order made under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 is introduced the effect of which will be to introduce:

(a) a 30 mph speed limit on the B4124 Tenbury Road from a point 41 metres southeast of the centre line of the junction with the U65438 to a point 118 metres northwest of the centre line of the junction with the U65438.

(b) a 40 mph speed limit on the B4124 Tenbury Road from a point 118 metres northwest of the centre line of the junction with the U65438 for a distance of 472 metres in a generally northerly direction
