Following an OJEU compliant procurement
process, approval is given to take all necessary action to award
the contract for a main contractor to deliver the refurbishment and
fit out of the Hereford Shell Store to Barnwood Construction Ltd
for a total cost of £6,203,815.
A further Cabinet Member decision will be required in the event the
project cannot be delivered within the authorised project budget of
£7,316,000.
