To approve the provision of the following parking concessions for a period of up to 6 months pending a review of the current structure of on street charges to support local businesses in Hereford city centre:
- Provision of free parking dispensations via the BID Team to local retailers / hotels to enable customers to access 3 hours free car parking on the Town Hall and Greyfriars (overflow section, under the A49) car parks on Saturdays and Sundays and 2 hours free parking in the existing limited waiting bays within Castle Street (Monday to Saturday).

The above concession will cease once the review, and any potential changes to the charges, are concluded or at the end of 6 months whichever is the earlier.
